We’re passionate about better sleep. It’s what drove the original “Swedish scientists” who spent years perfecting a NASA® invention into TEMPUR material. It’s the force that guided our founder, who wanted to make TEMPUR mattresses available to people in the U.S. and across the globe. And it is the passion that drives us today, as we create new and better sleep products that continue to change the way the world sleeps.
We build quality products
We’re passionate about controlling the quality of our products. So passionate that we built two state-of-the-art production plants, one in Duffield, Virginia and another in Albuquerque, New Mexico. We control our own production lines, so we can ensure that the mattresses and pillows we produce are of the highest quality.
We’re not afraid to blaze a new trail
We’re passionate about doing things the right way, even if we upset the status quo. We completely did away with traditional springs in our mattresses in favor of a radical new material that was completely unknown at the time. We work hard to ensure our pricing is consistent no matter where you buy, so you’re not pressured to buy only for a cheap price. We warranty all of our larger products because it’s the right thing to do (and because we know they’ll last a long time).
We want our customers to be satisfied
We’re passionate about a great delivery experience. When customers order a mattress and foundation or Ergo adjustable base, they all receive our White Glove Delivery Service. We deliver the mattress, set it up, and even take away the old mattress.*
We’re passionate about the right mattress fit. We offer both a website and Sleep Experts to help you select the right product. And we offer our 90 Night Tryout, which helps assure you’ll be happy with the mattress you bought direct from us.
We’re passionate about the durability of our products. That’s why we offer warranties on all of our larger products—many unheard of in the industry. A 20 year limited warranty on mattresses and Ergo adjustable bases. A 3 year limited warranty on pillows and cushions. Even a 1 year limited warranty on bed linens.** We stand behind our products.
